Crynodeb
In accountability to the Senior Pastor, the youth pastor will develop ministry and outreach in youth church.
Responsibilities include:
1. To lead youth congregation in worship services, including Sunday school teaching and leading the youth church in regular prayer session.
2.Organize Conventions and Conferences to analyze and spread the Christian faith/message among youths.
3.Organize and conduct baptism classes and carry out baptism for qualified members.
4. Officiating at marriage blessings, funeral, christenings, dedications, and other special services.
5 Organize training courses and set up Bible Classes for members 6. Provide spiritual and moral guidance and assistance to youth members
7. Prepare and deliver sermons and other knowledge sharing sessions
8. Interpret doctrine, articles of faith of our religion/organization
9 Instruct people who seek conversion to the Christian faith.
10. Visit sick and shut-ins and help the poor 11 Provide counsel and welfare support to those in spiritual needs and comfort the bereaved and broken-hearted
