Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembly Operative
Location: Wincanton, Somerset
Working hours: 37 hour per week
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 PA DOE
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate (notice periods are considered)
Job Description: We are seeking Electrical Panel Assembly Operative to join the dynamic team based in Wincanton. The role involves ensuring smooth and efficient production operations by assembling, checking and testing electrical control panels.
Key Responsibilities:
• To wire isolators and control panels according to drawings
• Using the company computer system, printing technical data to go to customers
• Have an input to the design of complex panels
• To be responsible for the testing and approving control panels
• Be responsible for recording and signing off all test results
• Create test certificates as required
• Check equipment is working and calibrated and report any concerns to Manager
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
• Ensure that all tools are checked regularly and tidied at end of use
Previous experience building electrical panels is essentials to be consider for this role
