Position: CAD Detailing Coordinator
Location: Flintshire
Hours: Monday - Friday (days)
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the detailing team in Flintshire. You will work on a variety of projects across industries like Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients, architects, and the commercial team to move projects from concept to completion, including design, drawings, and pricing.
- Assist the commercial team with take-off and pricing support.
- Use Revit (or other 3D drawing software) to create building models and drawings.
- Produce accurate panel lists, accessory schedules, and production drawings.
- Provide technical support to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company codes.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in construction or a similar field is helpful.
- Strong technical and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Revit or other 3D drawing software is a plus (training provided).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
