This role would suit an experienced L&D practitioner wishing to stretch themselves in a unique environment and who is passionate about developing others. We are a small team operating in a fast-moving firm, so you need to be pragmatic and agile within the role.
This is a 9–12-month fixed term contract:
The Opportunity:
This is a unique and exciting role, working within the business in this fast-paced, organisation. The successful applicant will report to the Learning and Development Manager and will have a key role to play in supporting the wider HR function. This role is critical to ensuring we retain and develop our people.
You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development activity across the business, ensuring that the activity is captured, integrated and evaluated within the LMS system. You will co-produce monthly/quarterly reports to be presented to the L&D Manager and HR Team. This role will involve travel across the UK and Ireland to deliver face-to-face accredited and non-accredited training.
What you’ll be doing:
Travel throughout the UK, Ireland & NI to deliver face-to-face training alongside online training over Teams where appropriate, including accredited leadership training and non-accredited bespoke training for graduates
Full administration of the accredited training, including the assessment of assignments and internal verification
AI/Digital content creation, collaborating with the L&D Coordinator for LMS integration.
Play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives, ensuring that all activity is captured centrally within the LMS.
Develop and deliver CMI Level 5 Leadership & Management content in order for RPS to become a CMI Approved Centre
Work with the L&D Manager to evaluate L&D programmes against agreed KPIs supporting any action to improve quality where appropriate.
Who we’re looking for?
Degree or equivalent in a business-related subject.
A management and/or coaching qualification at Level 5 or above is desirable but not essential. Experience working with professional awarding bodies, which includes ILM or CMI
You will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to produce learning materials using both Microsoft Office, digital, AI and eLearning platforms.
Good knowledge and experience of working with an LMS.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
A HR/L&D qualification is desirable but not essential.
A CAVA/IQA Qualification or demonstrable experience which can be evidenced
Must be willing and able to travel across the UK&I extensively and hold a valid driving licence. Some overnight stays will be required.
