Support Worker - Learning Disabilities Service
£11.50 up to £11.80, paid training, flexible working patterns full-time or part-time.

Are you kind, compassionate, or empathetic? No experience is required.
Whether you have been a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Carer previously or you come from a retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaning, customer service, or admin background. We will provide ongoing training and support to you throughout your career with us.
Do you have patience and a sense of humour? Working as a care assistant or a Support worker isn’t always the easiest job, but we promise that it will be one of the most rewarding.

A Salary increase to £11.65 once you have completed our paid for care certificate (An industry-recognised qualification)
A Salary increase to £11.80 Level 2-3 NVQ qualification (An industry-recognised qualification)
Compensation of up to £200 once your E - learning is completed
Hastee Pay – withdraw up to 40% of your earned salary before payday as when you want
Flexibility (the choice to work from 1, 2, 3 or 4 days per week with alternate weekends off)
29 holidays (including your birthday off) plus length of service bonus holidays
