Crynodeb
Experienced Wet Sprayer required
Main duties will include:
- Preparing parts including sanding and filling
- Mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
- Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts
- Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
- Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
- Checking route cards are for the right part
- Ensuring protection on the part is correct
- Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
- Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery
- Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
- Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment
- Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues
- Complete and scan route cards
- General housekeeping duties
AM Shift - 6:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week)
Pay Rate- 14.50

This position is commutable from the following areas - stoke on trent uttoxeter derby Burton cheadle meir Ashbourne Stone and surrounding areas
