Summary

Looking for a unique way to use your Housing Officer skills?

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Housing Specialist Team in Newbury, triaging our often complex housing queries.

As the first person in the Housing team to respond to our customers' needs you have the potential to resolve issues quickly and efficiently before they escalate.

You'll have the opportunity to really get under the surface and investigate thoroughly.

You'll make a big difference to people's lives within an experienced, supportive and supported team.



What you'll need:

• It's essential that you have previous experience of delivering a range of housing management related services including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• To be happy with a desk based role where you'll be talking to our Customers by phone, email and our digital channels
• The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
• Experience of working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to use multiple computer systems



What you need to know:

This is a hybrid role where you'll work from the comfort of your own home or our new office in Greenham.

The role is permanent, and you'll be working full time.

The starting salary is £32,000 - £35,000 depending on your experience.

A basic DBS check will be completed if you are successful.
