We are looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Team Leader to join SSG. In this role, you will be the primary customer interface and represent SSG at high-level meetings, playing a key role in delivering critical security projects and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a dedicated in-house team, including Project Managers, Office Managers, Skill Zones, and Subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
Drive complex discussions and negotiations with SSG Project Managers, Senior Maintenance Managers, and Client Security Officers for key projects and maintenance contracts.
Oversee full financial management, including estimating, job costing, invoicing, and budget control, providing detailed financial reports to SSG Operations Managers.
Interpret and develop operational requirements for both SSG and external clients, ensuring functional and effective solutions.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of British, European, and UK Government Standards related to security, along with QA and Health & Safety policies.
Provide leadership and management support for the regional office when required.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota to ensure seamless operational support.
Receive full functional training for key systems as required.
Location & Travel
This role is primarily based in the Southeast region but may involve regular travel across the UK and overseas. You may be required to work on detached duty for extended periods to support security operations in key locations.
