Crynodeb
Develop alliance wide transformation project plans that deliver transformation for patients. Manage the delivery of complex projects including policy, strategy and implementation of governance and project controls. Lead the delivery of project plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, consider best practice and options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the project. Deliver a high standard of work ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and cost effectively Build internal and external relationships and work across organisational boundaries to ensure alignment with the Cancer Alliances objectives. Pro-actively engage and manage stakeholders, so they are part of the design and delivery of cancer transformation projects. Respond to and resolve conflict if it arises Work with external consultancies working on other programs within other NHS directorates. Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment Communicate and provide highly complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. (Verbal, written and numerical)
