You will play a pivotal role in generating new business. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, and consulting them on the many benefits, products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
Make 80 outbound Sales calls and achieve a total call time of 90 minutes per day.
Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Log all activity on the CRM system.
Skills/Experience
At least 6 months experience within a phone based or customer facing role
Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers
Excellent communication and relationship building skills via telephone
Ability to improve and adapt based on feedback and training.
