Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process First Notification of Loss (FNOL) motor claims.
Communicate with policyholders and brokers via phone and email.
Investigate and escalate fraudulent claims when necessary.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What You Bring:
✔ Claims handling experience (2+ years preferred).
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
✔ CII Certificate (or willingness to obtain with company support).
