Mencap are recruiting for Support Workers in Bury St Edmunds! Both full time and part time on a permanent basis. We also have relief/bank contracts available.
We offer amazing benefits and award winning training to ensure your success within your work.
We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Your rota'd shifts are typically between the times of 7am and 10pm, and there is also a Sleep in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45
What we need is someone that wants to support people who have learning disabilities to live their best lives, and to live life to the full!
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
