Summary
Complete an 18-month structured Apprenticeship programme with a view to becoming a competent Fabricator able to carry out production and assembly of Company products.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete an NVQ Level 2 Fenestration Fabricator Apprenticeship as guided by provider.
- Working through a structured training programme as guided by the Apprenticeship Coordinator to:
- Work closely with the Factory Team Leaders prepare, produce and assemble products according to Company standards, i.e.
- Basic Assembly work
- Light machinery operation i.e. small presses / drills / routers / miller / saws / CNC machine
- Read and interpret works order information
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Produce products in accordance with production schedule and to the correct time scales in accordance with the installation requirements
- Maintain clean and clear working environment
- Carry out the responsibilities as set out in the Health and Safety Policy
