Our client a local successful family owned Bakery currently have a vacancy within their Elgin shop, we are assisting in the recruitment of a Key Holder/Supervisor on a fulltime basis.
The hours of work will be between 6am – 3.30pm Monday – Saturday, working a minimum 30 hours per week, however applicants must have the ability to also work up to 39 hours per week if the business requires it.
Our client has 2/3 shops within the area and you may also be required to assist within these if there are staffing issues.
The main duties with this role will be:
**Having responsibility in assistant Management in co-ordinating & controlling the shop to
ensure a high standard of operation and on occasion managing the shops when
required
**Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring &
motivating your team to provide efficient service & top quality customer care
**Carrying out administrative duties as required
**Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company
practices
**Required to assist in the training & development of the team
**Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
