Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Chelmsford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
Salary: £45K - £60K dependant on experience
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. You will engage target audiences and drive business growth through diverse marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of five, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital ads) to generate leads.
- Analyse performance and optimise strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets and collaborate with third-party agencies for effective campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing management role
- Strong experience in multi-channel marketing (email, social media and digital ads).
- Experience with data-driven marketing strategies and performance analysis.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on customer engagement and conversion and working towards KPI's
- Budget management and agency coordination experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
