Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work for an organisation with a difference? Thera Scotland is looking for a motivated person to join their team in the role of a Team Coordinator. Based in Inverness, working with teams and people we support in the Dalneigh area.
The role of a Team Coordinator has two elements:
• Providing personalised direct support to adults with a learning disability.
• Creating opportunities for people to meet their needs and goals in life.
• Being a positive role model for their team.
• Direct line management of a designated team - managing tasks like rotas, support and supervision and person-centred support planning.
As a Team Coordinator you will be part of a committed and dedicated, inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their own personal goals.
The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude with a commitment towards making a difference to the people we support.
Desirable skills and experience:
• Experience of leading and managing a team.
• A good level of English and Maths is required.
• Social care experience, supporting people with a learning disability, Autism, mental health and complex behaviours would be beneficial.
• Have great communication skills and be highly organised.
• Relationship building.
• Rota management.
• Supervisory experience.
• A good level of IT skills.
• Organisation skills
