Landscaping Operatives Wanted – Competitive Pay & Career Progression
Are you an experienced Landscaper or Grounds Maintenance Operative with a background in Commercial or Domestic Landscaping? We are currently looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join an established landscaping team in Bovey Tracey, Devon.

About the Role:
As a Landscaping Operative, you will work on a variety of projects across the South West, ranging from agricultural sites to bespoke private and commercial landscaping jobs. You’ll work closely with an experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities for progression.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous landscaping, groundworks or Grounds Maintenance experience (commercial or domestic)
✔ CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
✔ Full UK driving license
✔ Own transport to and from the yard (TQ13)
✔ Reliable and hardworking attitude
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with additional work available on evenings and weekends.
