Responsibilities
Evaluate early years settings to assess quality and compliance with national standards.
Develop and implement improvement plans based on findings from evaluations.
Provide guidance and support to early years practitioners to enhance practice quality.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote best practices in early childhood education.
Collaborate with local authorities, organizations, and parents to support quality initiatives.
Analyze data and feedback to develop strategies for continuous improvement in early years settings.
Monitor the impact of quality improvement strategies and report on progress and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Experience working in early years educational settings, ideally in a quality improvement role.
Strong understanding of early years education frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and deliver training and professional development programs.
Analytical skills with experience in data evaluation and reporting.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in early years education.
Hours Per Week: 30.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 15:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.15
