We have a vacancy for Nurse Vaccinator to support a new vaccine programme for pregnant women alongside the current vaccination offer.

The postholder will promote the programme to pregnant women to improve the uptake of vaccines in pregnancy in addition to running daily planned and ad hoc clinics to deliver flu, pertussis and RSV vaccines.

This is a fixed term post for 24 months initially

Previous applicants within the past 3 months need not reapply.

Duties will include but no be limited to -

Promoting the maternal vaccine programme

facilitate planned and ad hoc clinics to deliver maternal vaccines

work with the MDT to improve the service
