Join our supported living service in Woodlands, Doncaster, and make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and/or autism. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks to promote independence, helping them lead fulfilling and valued lives.
You will provide outcome-focused support, enabling clients to maintain their tenancies, participate in their community, develop independent living skills, and achieve personal goals. Your role involves maximizing clients’ wellbeing and independence through ongoing, tailored care and support. You’ll facilitate engagements with their peers and community, promoting personal development.
