We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to support our mission. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
