Crynodeb

Tressell Wardhas 28 beds and will admit patients with a variety of medical conditions with the main specialism being older people’s medicine. It is a fast paced ward with caring for complex older people including those with delirium/dementia.

We are looking for experienced Clinical Support Workers,hospital experience is desirable but not essential. A minimum ofGCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths, Care Certificate and orNVQ2 two in health and social care or the equivalent role. Your role will be toprovide delegated clinical procedures such as insertion/removal of cannula, venepuncture, wound assessment and simple dressings, removal of urinary catheter, training will be provided

Successful applicants will be required to complete an Induction course, which will include all the Trust statutory/Mandatory trainingto join our team inviting them to share their knowledge and experience with the ward; you will need to be well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and personal professional development.
