Responsibilities
Oversee the entire licensing process, from application to approval and renewal.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting licensing operations.
Lead and mentor a team of licensing officers, providing guidance and support.
Conduct thorough assessments of licensing applications and make informed decisions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding licensing matters and requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the licensing process.
Stay updated on changes to licensing regulations and best practices in the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, public policy, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and governmental processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex licensing applications.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
