Key Responsibilities: Support Site Managers with day-to-day operations to ensure timely project completion and exceptional service delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Coordinate with clients, installers, and teams to maintain smooth project operations. Manage material procurement to minimize wastage and ensure project readiness. Conduct regular inspections for quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Organize collection of rubbish and return surplus materials to the warehouse without damage. Ensure work is completed without any damage to client property. Provide regular progress updates and promptly report any issues or delays. Assist in resolving compliance, health, and safety concerns in collaboration with relevant teams. Obtain DOCC and customer feedback immediately upon job completion. Maintain and update all assigned jobs on Builder Trend. Ensure company vehicles and assets are properly maintained and secure. Safeguard confidential records and financial information. Monitor employee performance, offering feedback and coaching as needed. Resolve on-site issues or conflicts professionally and efficiently. Required Skills and Knowledge: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork: Flexible and adaptable with a passion for overcoming challenges. ConstructionKnowledge: Understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations. OrganisationalSkills: Excellent planning, organization, and decision-making abilities.
