Crynodeb
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. Duties will involve: - answering the Practices telephone and assisting patients in a courteous, efficient and effective manner - assist in processing repeat prescriptions - greeting and dealing with patients and other visitors either in person or via the - process personal and telephone requests to book appointments, visits and telephone consultations - taking messages and passing on information - filing, retrieving paperwork and photocopying - processing and management of patient registrations - computer data entry/data allocation and collation - be part of a large shared rota for the occasional early evening, weekend or Bank holiday shift - end of day closure
