The Role: As our Wedding Event Planner, you'll orchestrate magical celebrations in our stunning historic estate, working with discerning couples to bring their vision to life. You'll be the creative force behind some of Berkshire's most exclusive weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire wedding planning process from initial consultation to execution
• Coordinating with suppliers, caterers, and entertainment providers
• Creating detailed event timelines and floor plans
• Conducting venue showrounds and consultations
• Managing budgets and maintaining strong client relationships
• Overseeing on-the-day coordination and setup
The Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in luxury wedding planning (2+ years) • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in managing high-end events • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
