Crynodeb
You will work in a structured environment providing support to the wider team to meet key directorates targets. This will include delivering pharmacy services to a range of patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, supporting and training junior staff. Candidates should have demonstrable competencies in hospital clinical pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills and commitment to pharmaceutical care.
