Crynodeb
You will be a key member of the team and will need to demonstrate skills in IT, report writing, managing complex patients. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication and have the ability to work in stressful situations and be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. You will be working in partnership with our local authorities and experience of multi-disciplinary working is essential. A current driving licence and vehicle used for business use will be required.
