Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid - Edinburgh (2x per week)
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to support a key project involving Exchange migrations, server builds, security updates, and integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange, cloud migrations, and troubleshooting complex mailbox transitions. We will be looking to get someone started between the first and second week of April.
- Lead Exchange migrations from on-prem to cloud, troubleshooting complex mailbox issues.
- Manage Exchange server builds and advise on consolidating existing servers to Exchange 2019.
- Implement security and cumulative updates for Exchange.
- Conduct Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and perform searches across on-prem and cloud environments (Purview).
- Configure and manage Workday connectors.
- Develop scripts for Salesforce email setup and manage mail forwarding from Exchange to Salesforce.
- Provide expertise on Windows 11 implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 & Exchange (on-prem and cloud).
- Expertise in Exchange migrations, server builds, and security updates
- Knowledge of DSAR processes and Purview for cloud-based searches.
- Experience integrating Workday connectors.
- Scripting skills for Salesforce email configurations.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment and management.
