Crynodeb
Clinical activity, rotating OPAT cover & sign-out activity. Microbiology + clinical MDT basic but would include Antimicrobial stewardship and clinical-laboratory liaison and operational management activity (this list is not exclusive). Note in the indicative job plan this is logged in shorter form 1.0 DCC - Fixed on call activity whilst rota is a 1:4. 1.5 SPA Mandatory training, CPD Revalidation, management Out-of-hours on-call commitment currently 1:4 but could move to 1:5. The non fixed element of the on-call attracts a A supplement. Colleague cross-cover for annual, professional and study leave is as per 2003 Consultant Terms and Conditions of Service.
