Main purpose of job:
To promote the Company, through answering the phone in an ethical and professional manner and being the first point of contact within the Company.
To complete the receptionist duties to aid the smooth running of Head Office.
To receive visitors at the door by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Skills required for this role:
Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
Dealing with all internal & external mail
Welcoming in visitors to the office
Responding to inquiries via phone and email
Providing general administrative support.
Assisting with any office related tasks (stocking fridge, ensuring tidy and presentable workspace etc)
Supporting other team members wherever needed.
Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Strong ICT skills including experience of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Full Driving licence as the role involves visiting the bank, post office and shops, due to our location.
