• Enthusiasm to promote your fluent/native language and culture,
particularly through oral work
• A genuine passion for working with and supporting young people
• To lead small groups of students under the class teacher’s direction
• Be able to explain the grammar of your language to students
• Reliability and flexibility
• The ability to work both supervised and unsupervised
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• An awareness of the importance for outstanding Child Protection
procedures
