A typical day in this role includes:
• Using SQL to analyse customer behaviour and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Support Marketing and CRM team by analysing multichannel activity, sharing results and making recommendations to optimise customer journeys
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, by partnering with them to understand their goals and help achieve them
• Use customer behaviour, transaction and CRM data to help inform strategic decisions
• Help to democratise data to the wider business by maintaining and improving existing reports and producing new reports in Power BI as required
• Help campaign teams to improve effective targeting and personalisation for customer communications by implementing and running AB Tests
• Formulate hypotheses on customer behaviour and then prove or disprove them

What you'll need:
• 2 years experience of using SQL
• Able to provide actionable insight
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills

Desirables:
• GA4 & web/app analytics knowledge
• Experience using Power BI
• Retail experience
• Python experience
