Key priorities will include:

  • Experience as a service leader in a complex organisation, with experience of delivering against outcomes, creating clear objectives and creating a culture of continuous improvement
  • A collaborative leader, with evidence of successfully fostering and harnessing partnerships across different sectors, and developing a culture of collaboration
  • Comprehensive and up to date working knowledge of housing legislation in both the public and private sector and up to date working knowledge and understanding of homelessness legislation & homelessness prevention initiatives
  • Effective budget management through an understanding of the principles of financial management including preparation, monitoring and best value

When applying, candidates should provide a written statement along with their CV outlining their key skills and experiences in the priorities outlined above.
