Supported housing referrals co-ordinator role sitting within the Pathways Move On Team with responsibility for leading on referrals for high risk offenders who are homeless/at risk, supported housing reciprocals and referrals to our complex needs supported housing service. A minimum of 1 year of direct experience processing homelessness applications, along with a strong working knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act, to independently make complex case decisions with minimal support.
