This role is to support a Child

Drivers licence required: Yes

Employment status: employed

Hours per week: Up to 8 hours a week, however hours are flexible and can be negotiated with the family.

Hourly pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Do you love a good debate, board games and going on adventures? Then we need you!
PA required to support a young man aged 15 in Crawley who has Autism and is a wheelchair user.
Support required during the week and on weekends, the role includes support with personal care, helping at home and taking the young man into the community.

Duties include:
Moving and handling
Other relevant duties as required
Transportation
Companionship

Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
It would be a bonus if the applicant was able to drive, there is a car available to use with the family.
