Summary
WR Fundraising Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Supporter Care professional to lead data processes / operations within the fundraising and wider teams for a wonderful regional charity.
With around £8m income from various sources, we are looking for a data processing expert to take on the exciting challenge of evaluating existing donor data-led processes and developing / implementing improvements for a more cohesive and impactful supporter journey.
This is such a great opportunity for someone skilled in data capture processes who can manage change across the fundraising department; Delivering on recommendations to improve systems within supporter relations. You’ll transform how data is processed to deliver supporter care.
Supporter Care / Data Processes Manager
Permanent, Full time or contract
London area with Hybrid / Flexible Working
Up to circa £42,500 per annum
Duties will include:
• Evaluate current processes and ways of working from across the organisation to then review, amend, update, overhaul or create from scratch – and document - efficient processes
• Ensure supporter data is processed and recorded in the most effective way
• Lead in continually improving processes and procedures around data capture
• Manage the supporter care/processing team (4 line reports)
• Embed new ways of working across the team, including delivering training
• Ensuring policies and procedures are updated as necessary in relation to data processing across various income streams
• Support the Supporter Care team in creation of supporter communications, providing insight and feedback to ensure all communications are of a high-standard and supporter focused
Ideal candidates will:
• Be highly skilled in using fundraising databases effectively to create or update processes to efficiently support effective stewardship
• Have experience in a similar role, creating and delivering supporter journeys with the ability to evaluate and improve data processing systems
• Have experience of reviewing, updating or creating effective processes – and implementing them across a team.
• Have in-depth understanding of database marketing and the importance of data integrity
• Demonstrable understanding of excellent supporter care and how a positive supporter experience leads to income growth
• Have line-management / team management experience
