Scheduler / Planner with good Administration Skills
QA Higher Education, Homebased working
Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm (very occasional travel)
As Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for actioning holiday and sickness cover for the academic team each semester. You will ensure the cover is organised efficiently and timely. You will support the scheduling team with importing the student timetables into the system and also confirming schedules with our teaching staff.
Good attention to details & strong administration skills required.

Accurate recording and continuous monitoring of cover requirements and ensuring all is actioned.
Making sure cover is carried out with both operational efficiency and lecturer consistency from a student perspective.
Reporting on cover requirements and highlighting any areas where further academic resource is required.
Assisting the team with inputting timetables with an eye for detail and working to deadlines.
Continual communication with freelance lecturers regarding their availability and confirmation of teaching allocation.
Assisting with ad-hoc enquires that come into the team.
Timetable management throughout each semester.
Bring your experience:
Experience within a planning environment ideally.
Experience of multi-tasking and working within an evolving environment.
Experience of managing and prioritising complex workloads with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
