Crynodeb
Partnership working is important in this post and the successful candidate will work closely with local Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) and Partner Organisations. You will be responsible for sustaining these relationships to support the learner journey and facilitate the required experience(s) for them to successfully complete their programme and register with the NMC. You are the bridge from practice back to theory through: supporting the facilitation of skills sessions and interviews at the HEIs; representing the Trust at meetings; advertising how colleagues can become involved with HEI activities and regularly liaising with the link lecturers. The successful applicant will join the wider Education Team within the Trust and be supported by fellow Clinical Practice Facilitators across Midwifery and Nursing, and the Pre-registration Education Lead. As a successful candidate you will be supported through in-house training and offered professional development to enable you to facilitate change, to implement innovations and improvements for Learners, service users, their families / carers and staff.
