About the role:

An exciting and interesting position, complete with on the job supported training is available from our Bristol based Office. This
Trainee Estimator role shall consist of:

* Follow up on order enquiries, confidently persuading and promoting Omega’s service offering
* Produce quality designs and estimates ensuring all specifications and requirements are met to the clients satisfaction
* Ensure all quotations are commercially costed taking into account of plant, labour, materials and time requirements
* Retain and nurture existing client relationships for additional business through championing customer service and technical
excellence
* Interface with the client throughout projects where needed



What you’ll need:

* Ideally have experience in the construction industry
* Strong customer interface with the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate
* Attention to detail
* Drive and passion to grow both profit and order intake
* Well organised with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously
* Valid driving licence is essential
* Understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate
* Minimum of GCSE grades between 3 and 9
