Constellation Automotive Group (CAG) are looking for a Power App developer to accelerate our use and deployment of Power Apps across our organisation.
You will be joining our Enterprise Applications team and work primarily with our HR team on Power Automate as we look to deliver continuous improvements and efficiencies within the HR systems landscape. You will be responsible for developing additional capability, extending our existing solutions and automating current manual processes within Zellis HCM and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert business requirements into practical solutions, delivering high quality products that are fit for purpose, robust and secure
Collaborate with project teams, colleagues and architecture team to create, design and deliver a range of solutions using the full stack of Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, model-driven apps, Automate and Flow)
Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and support current centrally built and supported Power App implementations
Work with colleagues to create technical designs, writing acceptance criteria, performing test driven development and breaking deliverables down into smaller units of work
Share knowledge and provide training, mentoring and coaching with colleagues across the group
Develop Power Applications Solutions that are functionally rich and are developed with the user experience at the heart
Contribute to the development of best practise governance processes
Drive adoption of power platform solutions and best practise development techniques to enable the development of Power Apps across the group
Confident enough to challenge but, equally, seeks feedback, listens carefully and always ensures the right outcome for CAG
Knowledge and Experience:
Required Skills:
Proven experience of developing Power Applications across the full Power Platform stack with particular emphasis on Power Automate
Proven knowledge of integrations between Power Apps and COTS applications with multiple data sources – you will build integrated solutions to expand existing capability not just standalone solutions
Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills
Ability and desire to share knowledge and provide expertise to your colleagues to enable the ongoing expansion and development of Power Applications
Drive - enthusiastic and driven with a desire to succeed and to help others to succeed. CAG is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and you will take energy from working at a pace rather than become exhausted by it.

Stakeholder support - You will develop and maintain close relationships with key individuals throughout IT and the Business, especially the HR teams.
Clear understanding of Agile and traditional software development and project management methodologies.
Understand fundamentals of iterative delivery.
Understanding of technology projects including software and infrastructure engineering.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in Power Automate in conjunction with Zellis HCM
Experience in the automotive industry
Technical understanding of enterprise application implementations and change
