Legal Secretary - Towcester
A Solicitors practice in the Towcester area of Northamptonshire are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to their highly regarded private client team.
The successful candidate will be providing support and assistance to 2 senior lawyers within the team dealing with a range of private client matters including things such as wills, probate, LPAs, tax and trust planning.
Duties may include the following:-
- Typing and preparation of relevant correspondence and documents.
- Dealing with calls into the team and advising accordingly or taking messages.
- File management including filing of documents along with opening of files, closing of files and archiving.
- Diary Management including arranging meeting and diarising key dates.
- Liaising with clients, banks or other Solicitors as directed by fee earners.
- General admin tasks as required.
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous legal secretarial experience. Experience in private client would be definitely beneficial.
In addition to the practical experience the successful candidate must be friendly and personable in order to fit into the existing team and to provide a warm and friendly service to all clients that you come into contact with.
The firm will pay a salary based on experience and this will be part of a strong overall package including a leave policy of up to 30 days +bank and discretionary bonus schemes.
