Summary

Job Details

Monday to Wednesday as required covering Corporate Buildings in Levenmouth, Kirkcaldy & Dunfermline.

Thursday - Dunfermline City Chamber 10:30am to 4:00pm

Friday – Kirkcaldy Town House 3:00pm to 8:30 pm

Enhancements are paid for hours after 8:00pm

The Person

Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent.

Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework).

Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.

Communication skills.

Team working skills (work together).

You will be required to attend a full days Induction Training before starting in post.
