Summary
Handyman - Rochdale
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys fixing things, problem-solving, and ensuring that equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Repairs using hand power tools.
Carry out general maintenance work, including doors, lighting, and some electrical wiring.
Perform mechanical repairs as needed, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
Remove and refit van doors when required during development processes.
Conduct routine inspections and proactively address any maintenance issues.
Keep an eye on the workplace, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a maintenance, repair, or technician role.
Good working knowledge of hand and power tools.
Basic electrical and mechanical skills are an advantage.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
A practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Job Details:
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: Early finish!
