We are looking for a Claims Support Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in customer service, insurance, or automotive claims and want to work with premium automotive brands, this role is for you!
As a Claims Support Advisor, you will handle incoming vehicle collision alerts, assisting customers through the claims process and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer claims and vehicle collision alerts.
Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
Liaise with insurance providers and repair networks.
Handle invoicing, credit control, and complaint resolution.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, insurance, or claims support.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths.
