Location: Wingte, County Durham
Job Type: Part-time – Between 11am – 2pm on day of Guest Arrival
Pay Rate: Hourly to be Agreed with Bonus Profit Share on offer!
About Us:
We are making our Fourth Air BnB available on North Road West, Wingate from May 2025. The property will be 5 separate bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms and shared kitchen.
We aspire to have 10 similar units, in County Durham within the next two years and hope the post holder will grow with our business.
Initially, in May 2025 the role would be –
1) Devise daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.
2) Prepare the property for Guest Arrivals ensuring all checklist items are undertaken to the highest standard.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join us as an Airbnb Cleaners.
As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining properties to the highest standard of cleanliness. This role is crucial in delivering a positive experience for guests and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
1.Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
2. Change linens, make beds, and ensure the property is stocked with essential amenities.
3. Conduct inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues or damages.
4. Communicate effectively with property managers and clients to address specific cleaning requirements.
5. Adhere to health and safety standards to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
6. Manage and organize cleaning supplies, ensuring proper usage and restocking as needed.
7. Report any lost and found items to the designated contact.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or related field preferred, but not essential.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills to meet tight turnaround times.
Strong communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
