Summary
Oxfordshire Outdoors is managed by Groundwork South Trust Limited; we have 3 Centres: Woodlands OEC near Hay on Wye, Kilvrough Manor on the Gower and Yenworthy Lodge on the North Devon Coast. The Centres operate all year round; term times are our busiest times with courses from schools, many of which are from Oxfordshire. We are highly regarded by all of our schools and visitors.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team of experienced staff to deliver our outdoor activity courses. We use a variety of inspiring off-site venues in the Bannau Brycheiniog/Brecon Beacons National Park and the Wye Valley and also provide some on site activities. Qualifications and experience of delivering some or all of the following activities would be desired: Canoeing, Caving, Climbing, Gorge Walking, Hill and Mountain Walking, Team Building and Ropes Course activities.
To facilitate the delivery of our residential courses, some weekend work and evening duties will be required. Post holders should also hold a first aid certificate and be qualified to drive a minibus. A DBS check would be required.
