We are seeking an inspiring individual to step into the newly created role ofLiving Well System Lead(Band 8B) within the NHS. The Living Well System Lead will oversee the strategic development, implementation,
and management of initiatives to promote holistic wellbeing across the population.
Collaborating with health, social care, and VCSE partners, the postholder will ensure
the delivery of integrated, person-centred services that improve population health
outcomes and align with the NHS's core objectives.
This role requires exceptional leadership, expertise in system-wide integration, and the
ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships to drive transformational change
in primary and secondary care mental health services
