Reporting to Michelle Reynolds, Director of Strategy, Planning and Innovation you will lead the development and implementation of the Agency’s strategic and business planning processes, set clear standards and expectations, in line with APHA’s policies, people and business objectives, ensure that targets are delivered and measured, and that organisational and service performance and quality meets the needs of the business and its customers.
You will play a pivotal role implementing and embedding the APHA Sustainable Futures Strategy which sets out its vision for the future. A key part of this vision is for APHA to become an organisation that is enabled and strengthened by its use of data that will ensure its ability to identify and respond to new and emerging threats, to manage risk and to deploy our people and resources effectively and sustainably.
The Head of Strategy and Planning is a senior, strategic delivery role requiring a talented and driven individual. Reporting to the Director of Strategy Innovation and Planning (SPID) you will lead the development and implementation of the Agency’s strategic and business planning processes, set clear standards and expectations, in line with APHA’s policies, people and business objectives, ensure that targets are delivered and measured, and that organisational and service performance and quality meets the needs of the business and its customers.
