Crynodeb
The Music Department at Clifton High School is a vibrant and dynamic hub of musical activity. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled musician to not only showcase their talent, but to also direct and actively contribute to the flourishing of our highly successful department.This position is an excellent stepping stone towards a teaching career, and for the right candidate there may be the opportunity to lead and deliver a small amount of classroom teaching along with members of the Music Department. The successful candidate will need strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to liaise with a wide range of other staff across the school, given the diverse nature of the role. It is also an expectation that they will be an able Musician with the ability to assist with quality rehearsals for pupils and students of all abilities and ages. The post holder will also need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and have a willingness to work flexibly with both duties and hours in order to meet the requirements of our busy co-curricular offering.37.5 hours per week, term-time only.
